Job summary

Westford is seeking an RN Charge Nurse - Supervisor to lead our care team on-site. The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership, supervise CNAs and other staff, and ensure high standards of care.

Responsibilities include supervising medication passes, conducting assessments, and training staff under the direction of the DON. A compassionate, patient-centered approach is essential to promote safety and dignity for our residents.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required and current,
• Ability to supervise CNA/CMT staff and hall monitors,
• Comfort working in a high-stress environment and adapting quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership as RN Charge Nurse in a supervisory role.
• Supervise and support nursing staff including CNAs, CMTs, and Hall Monitors.
• Perform audits, assessments and ensure compliance with care standards.
• Assist with staff training and orientation under DON guidance.
• Oversee medication passes and supervise administration by CMTs.
• Maintain resident safety and dignity while delivering quality care.
