Job summary

Redstone Presbyterian SeniorCare in Greensburg is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) as RN Charge Nurse for full-time, three 12-hour shifts (6:00 pm–6:30 am; days vary; every other weekend). Provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications, and maintain accurate electronic records in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation units.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, total nursing care to residents within our skilled nursing and rehabilitation units.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed by physicians.
• Maintain precise, up-to-date electronic documentation and clinical records.
• Ensure a safe, comfortable, and abuse-free environment for all senior residents.
• Collaborate with physicians, licensed practical nurses (LPNs), and certified nursing assistants (CNAs) to implement personalized resident care plans.

What You'll Need:

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
