About the job RN - Charge Nurse Operating Room

"The role of RN in the Operating Room is to assist surgeons during operations and keep the operating room sterile. Maintaining the ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, while utilizing your strong knowledge of operation procedures will be vital in this role. Job Requirements

• Uses the nursing process, critical thinking skills, professional judgment, and the attributes of Careful Nursing to provide care for an assigned population of patients.
• Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the healthcare consumer's health and/or the situation.
