Job summary

Redstone is hiring an RN Charge Nurse in Murrysville Personal Care for full-time, three 12-hour shifts (6:00 pm – 6:30 am, Monday through Friday). Salary: $33.00 per hour with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time nurses.

What You'll Do

As an RN, you will:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to our residents.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment, free from abuse.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Accurately document resident conditions, medications, treatments, and other required information.
• Complete the admission process, including assessments, care plans, and obtaining physician orders.
