Community Medical Centers seeks a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Skilled Nursing Charge Nurse (RN) in Fresno, California. The role oversees daily clinical operations for a dedicated care team, ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, HSE, or IEP certificate required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience: 2 years as staff RN in the area of assignment; 6 months as Relief Charge RN or in a team leadership role.
• Licenses and Certifications: RN license to practice in California; current BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations and support your care team to ensure safe, high quality patient care.
• Serve as the main liaison for your assigned area, coordinating patient flow and staff assignments.
• Ensure patient safety, quality and regulatory activities across the unit; lead with purpose and mentor the team.
