Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as main liaison for assigned area, coordinating patient flow and staff assignments.
• Lead with purpose and mentor staff to improve leadership skills and teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements on the unit.
