Responsibilities

• Observe, assess and document resident conditions during rounds.
• Ensure care plans are implemented as directed.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Record physician visits and reconcile narcotics with shifts.
• Identify changes in resident condition and act per policy.
• Oversee aides and assist with discharge procedures.
• Complete nursing assessments before physician calls.
