Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a direct hire, full-time LTAC partner. Join a team caring for high-acuity patients recovering from complex conditions in a specialized LTAC setting.

You’ll collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized care plans and improve outcomes. Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, 1+ year acute care/ICU/LTAC experience, and BLS; ACLS within 90 days of hire.

Formación

• Active RN license in state of practice or compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered care mindset.
• Compassionate, team-oriented approach.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications, document findings.
• Educate patients and families, advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
