Job summary

Spanish Cove is seeking an RN Charge Nurse for our Long-Term Care unit in Oklahoma. You will provide direct patient care, supervise staff, and coordinate resident care to ensure high-quality outcomes. The role requires an Oklahoma RN license, ability to lift 100 lbs, and availability for weekends and holidays.

Hours are 5:45am–6:15pm, rotating days, with some weekend shifts. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Oklahoma RN license is required.
• Ability to provide compassionate patient care.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move patients (100 lbs).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma and nursing degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care and coordinate resident care.
• Implement procedures and programs per facility policies.
• Collaborate with DON/ADON to set goals and monitor progress.
• Determine work procedures and expedite workflow.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and facility policies.
• Supervise appropriate staff and provide daily/periodic reports.
• Perform CNA/CMA duties when required.
