Qualifikationen

• Current, unrestricted RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience, preferably in critical care.
• Previous charge nurse or nursing leadership experience preferred.

• Conduct assessments and deliver nursing care to medically complex patients.
• Monitor patient conditions, including vital signs and labs.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to coordinate care.
• Coordinate assignments based on staffing and acuity.
