Job summary

BayCare Health System in Bartow, FL is seeking a Cath Lab/IR Charge RN to join the Cardiovascular and Interventional Services team. You will assist in diagnostics and invasive procedures, function as room charge and team leader, and provide proctorship to staff with minimal supervision.

This full-time role requires BSN, RN licensure, BLS/ACLS certification, and offers on-call duties with 10-hour shifts. You will work on-site at BayCare Health System - Bartow Medical Center, reporting to the

Responsibilities

• Serve as room charge and team leader during Cath Lab/IR procedures.

• Promote evidence-based clinical care and excellence in patient outcomes.
• On-call availability as required by the unit.

BayCare is looking for its newest Cath Lab/IR, Charge RNin Bartow, FL.The Cath Lab/IR Charge Nurse serves as a member of the Cardiovascular and Interventional Services Team assisting in the performance of diagnostic and invasive procedures. Resident Expert in clinical and technical aspect of Cardiovascular/Interventional. Independently functions during diagnostic and interventions with no supervision. Assumes Room charge, team leader charge and proctorship of team members when assigned by Manager. Promotes evidence-based clinical care that exemplifies the pursuit of clinical excellence.
