Job summary

Empire Care Centers at Winder Center is seeking a dedicated RN to elevate care and support our residents with compassion and clinical expertise. You will coordinate care, administer treatments, and document updates in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivering and coordinating patient care according to individualized care plans.
• Administering medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitoring residents’ conditions and updating care records accordingly.
• Leading and supervising nursing assistants and support staff.
• Communicating with physicians and family members to ensure the resident's needs are met.
