Job summary

Enloe Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Night Shift in Chico, CA. The RN provides patient care per standards, coordinates with the care team, and follows the medical plan of care.

Minimum California RN license, CPR, ACLS, and relevant critical care coursework are required; one year of acute nursing or ICU experience is preferred. Benefits and a comprehensive environment are offered.

Qualifications

$63.06 - $85.14

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Registered Nurse is a licensed professional who provides patient care in accordance with the standards, policies, and practices of Enloe Medical Center. The Registered Nurse prioritizes patient needs, coordinates patient care, and collaborates with other members of the patient care team to provide care in accordance with the medical plan of care.

EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE:

Minimum:

• Basic Arrhythmia or equivalent (within one year of hire)
• Hemodynamics or equivalent (within one year of hire)
• Critical Care Course or equivalent (within one year of hire)

Desired:

• One year of acute nursing experience
• One year of recent Critical Care RN experience
• One year of recent Intensive Care Unit experience
• Previous Paramedic, ED Triage Tech, EMT, ED Tech or Lift Tech experience
• Basic Arrhythmia, Hemodynamics or Critical Care Course

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:

Minimum:

• Current licensure with the California Board of Registered Nursing
• Current CPR
• Current ACLS

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:

Must demonstrate technical competence, professional clinical judgment, communication skills and sensitivity for the patient and family in crisis. Must be able to fulfill the essential functions of the position.
