Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Educate patients and families about medications and treatments
• Maintain and review patient records
• Administer medications per physician orders
• Provide leadership and support to the nursing team during shifts

Qualifications

• Valid Florida RN license or appropriate compact license; active FL RN license required within 60 days if holding a compact license
• Nursing diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in acute care preferred; supervisory experience a plus
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in PC skills
