Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Charge to oversee patient care, ensure compliance with nursing regulations, and uphold the organization's mission. You will evaluate patients, develop personalized care plans, and monitor responses to treatment.

Key responsibilities include applying nursing judgment, maintaining high standards of patient communication, and collaborating with the care team to promote healing and comfort while supporting the hospital’s objectives.

Qualifications

• We are looking for someone who has completed an established program in Nursing.
• At least (2) two years in the field.
• Registered Nurse License.
• You must have Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of being hired.

Responsibilities

• You will utilize nursing judgment and reasoning to make precise health assessments, ensuring these assessments align with standard practices.
• You will check nursing procedures. Use research to make changes.
• You will demonstrate caring practices by addressing both emotional and physical discomfort, aiming to foster healing and prevent excess distress.
