Job summary

UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, CO seeks a full-time RN for oncologic care in a highly specialized cellular therapies team. The role involves direct patient care in rotating day/night shifts, on-site only, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional development.

Requirements include RN licensure, 6 months RN experience, BLS, and ONS Chemo Bio certification within six months of hire. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; RN licensure.
• 6 months of RN experience minimum.
• ONS Chemo Bio Cert to be obtained within 6 months of hire or transfer.
• BLS/CPR valid through 60 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary oncology team for optimal outcomes.
• Precept and mentor new staff and learners.
• Apply evidence-based practices to improve safety and quality.
