Qualifications

• RN licensure in state required; graduate from accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 6 months RN experience.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross valid at start date and through 60 days after.
• ONS Chemo Bio Cert obtained within six months of hire or transfer.
