The CCU RN/GN provides specialized care for critically ill patients, including cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, and pacing devices.

Must have a valid Missouri RN license and current BLS/CPR certification.

Preferred to have ACLS, PALS or ENPC, and TNCC or ATCN within one year of hire.

Requires 1+ year of medical/surgical or ECCO experience and successful hospital orientation.

Responsible for leading unit care, prioritizing tasks, ensuring compliance with standards, and documenting care.

Collaborates with team, holds self and staff accountable, and contributes to continuous patient care improvement.

Performs clinical procedures, patient education, and other duties as assigned.
