Community Medical Centers in Clovis, CA is seeking an RN Manager for the Cardiac Cath Lab. This leadership role oversees Cardiac Cath Lab, Invasive and Non-Invasive Cardiology areas, guiding a team of about 75 professionals and partnering with physicians to drive cardiovascular program growth.

The role emphasizes strategic staffing, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and employee development to enhance patient outcomes and the overall care experience in a dynamic hospital setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, HSE, or IEP Certificate required.
• Demonstrated leadership ability in healthcare settings.
• 3 years of healthcare experience; Cath Lab experience preferred (1 year).
• RN license to practice in California and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational, clinical and financial leadership for Cardiac Cath Lab and related areas.
• Oversee a team of approximately 75 RNs, sonographers, ECG techs and radiologic technologists.
• Drive staffing, quality improvement, regulatory compliance and employee development.
• Support growth of diagnostic, interventional, electrophysiology and vascular services while advancing cardiovascular programs.
