Job summary

Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corporation is seeking a TDY Registered Nurse Case Manager for Well Child/Immunization in Bethel. The role oversees comprehensive case management for well-child exams, immunizations, TB testing, and chronic disease management.

Travel to rural villages and on-site instruction are required to support CHA/Ps and public health programs. The RN will train CHA/Ps, participate in program design and QA, ensure safety protocols, and maintain thorough patient records while staying

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Alaska required; BLS recommended; ACLS/PALS encouraged.
• Diploma/AS/ADN required; BSN/MSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee case management for well-child, immunizations, TB and infectious disease testing.
• Train Community Health Aides/Practitioners to administer public health testing and immunizations.
• Travel to villages to render services and provide on-site instruction.
• Coordinate with other providers and maintain accurate patient records.
