Job Description

Are you an experienced RN Case Manager / Utilization Review Nurse looking for a new opportunity with a prestigious healthcare company? Do you want the chance to advance your career by joining a rapidly growing company? If you answered “yes" to any of these questions – this is the position for you!

Daily Responsibilities:

• The Case Manager will be responsible for identification, screening, assessment, planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring and evaluation health care services provided to the high risk population
• Completes assessment of identified patients through review of past utilization, discussions with the primary care physician and specialists and evaluation of the patient
• Identifies member needs as well as barriers to care and available resources, maintaining the patient in the least restrictive, most cost/quality efficient environment possible
• RN Case Managers gather member data

Qualifications

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Must have an RN license
• 1 year minimum experience ( Acute Care Experience / Managed Care experience in Medical Management)
• Computer skills- EZ-CAP, Microsoft Office, strong skills with Excel

Additional Information

Hours for this Position:

• Monday- Friday normal business hours (8a-5p)
