Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing assessment, care, evaluation, and education to patients and families, adhering to policies and procedures.
• Promote evidence-based practice by utilizing research to develop and evaluate care plans, protocols, and guidelines.
• Demonstrate leadership in clinical practice and support professional development.

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (RN) required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Current RN licensure in Tennessee, Arkansas, or Mississippi.
