Vibra Permanent Staffing seeks an experienced Registered Nurse Case Manager for a direct hire, full-time role with a Long-Term Acute Care partner. You will provide direct care to critically ill or medically complex patients and coordinate individualized care plans with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in position state, or compact state.
• 1+ year of Case Management experience strongly preferred
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care

Responsibilities
