Responsibilities for a Clinical Nurse Manager:

• Lead, inspire, and motivate staff to provide exceptional care.
• Visit pediatric clients and conduct assessments in Lehighton, PA, and surrounding areas.
• Develop and oversee care plans.
• Supervise LPNs, RNs, and home health aides in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation.
• Conduct competency assessments for new and experienced staff.

Qualifications for a Clinical Nurse Manager:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 1 year of experience as an RN.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
