Qualifications

• Requires Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• 2–3 years acute care hospital setting preferred.
• Care Management or Utilization Management experience preferred.
• Current License in the state of employment required.

• Certification in Case Management preferred.

Responsibilities
