Elevance Health is hiring an RN Case Manager I for telephonic and field coverage in Northeast Kansas. The role requires travel of 10-15% to visit members, with the state of Kansas as a residence requirement.
The position supports member access to care, coordinates services, and develops individualized care plans in collaboration with medical leadership. Work is hybrid, with days from 8am–5pm, Monday through Friday, and a non-management exempt level.
Field: This field-based role enables associates to primarily operate in the field, traveling to client sites or designated locations as their role requires, with occasional office attendance for meetings or training. This approach ensures flexibility, responsiveness to client needs, and direct, hands, on engagement.

Must reside in the state of Kansas.
Travel: 10- 15% travel in Northeast Kansas to visit members in person. Mileage reimbursed.
Counties: Will support the counties of Wyandotte, Johnson and Miami.
Work Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday.
Requires BA/BS in a health-related field and minimum of 3 years of clinical experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of Kansas is required.
Computer proficiency strongly preferred.
