• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and an active CA RN license.
• Current CPR, health clearance, and TB clearance are required.
• Nursing assessments and direct patient care are essential responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments of patient needs.
• Provide services and treatments requiring nursing skills for hospice patients.
• Initiate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
• Counsel, support, and instruct patient, family and caregiver in care needs.
• Coordinate care close to home with flexible hours to reduce commute.
