AMN Healthcare in Washington State is seeking an RN Case Manager for Hospice to manage a caseload of 15 patients with 4–5 visits per day. You will complete charting the same day and support all service levels (routine, GIP, continuous, respite) including admissions and end-of-life visits.
The role requires WA (compact) RN licensure, BLS, valid DL and auto insurance, and 1+ year hospice case management experience. 8-week assignment, typical 40-hour week, with some weekends.

Manage a case load of 15 patients, 4-5 visits per day depending on area and acuity level of patient, complete charting same day. RN must be willing to perform all service level nursing (routine, GIP, continuous, and respite), must be willing to perform admission, SIA and death visits, must be licensed in WA and preferably OR state nursing board, have a reliable vehicle to cover a 60 mile service radius (mileage will be covered at IRS standard rate), clean background check in WA and OR, drug screening, Influenza/TB/Covid vaccination records, and valid auto insurance.

8:30AM - 5:00PM/M-F or alternative schedule would be Sunday-Thursday/40 hours guaranteed. Possible weekends and call.
