Mass General Brigham is hiring an RN Case Manager for the Case Management department at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA. The role supports patient care across the continuum and collaborates with care teams to optimize outcomes.

The position requires RN licensure in MA, 2+ years Med/Surg experience, and Case Manager certification preferred. On-site schedule includes 4 x 10-hour shifts with one weekend per month, with a competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

The Case Manager, as a member of the health care team, collaborates to enhance the delivery of patient care services along the continuum of care.
