Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license valid in the state(s) you work
• 1+ year of clinical RN experience
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Performs patient assessments and collaborates with the care team to develop and implement a plan of care
• Makes referrals to other disciplines as indicated by patient needs
• Promotes patient health through teaching and self-care
• Supervises LPNs and HHAs
• Completes documentation timely and accurately
• Communicates patient progress to the clinical manager
• Plans and provides staff education
• Performs on-call responsibilities
