• Required: Associate’s degree or nursing (RN) with licensure in Florida.
• New-hire RNs must obtain a BSN within three years of hire or transfer.
• Licensed to practice nursing in the State of Florida.
• Experience in discharge planning, case management, managed care, or medical nursing preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

• Develop patient care plans and facilitate throughput.
• Conduct utilization review and promote appropriate resource use.
