Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required, or Bachelor's Degree and Nursing Diploma, or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years in a clinical nursing role.
• Current PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure through eNLC; CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to or complete comprehensive assessments of patients and their families/caregivers.
• Identify barriers and analyze situations for the assigned patient population.
• Coordinate clinical care with the patient, family, provider(s), and interdisciplinary team members.
• Advocate for patients and families through effective communication with providers and team members.
• Educate patients and families using industry standards to provide applicable information.
• Pursue professional development opportunities through certification and mentoring.

• Adhere to the policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and requirements of clinical settings.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required, or Bachelor's Degree and Nursing Diploma, or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience: 3+ years in a clinical nursing role.
• Licenses & Certifications: Current State of PA RN licensure or current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC). CPR certification required. Professional Certification within 5 years of start date preferred.
