Highmark Health's Clinical Decision Unit (CDU) RN role in Jefferson Hills, PA delivers high-quality care for patients with stays under 24 hours in a collaborative, fast-paced setting. This is a full-time, day-shift position aimed at experienced nurses.

Responsibilities include assessing needs, leading nursing care, delegating tasks by patient needs and staff levels, and collaborating on interdisciplinary teams while advancing patient safety and quality initiatives.

Qualificações

• Current PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) required.
• CPR certification required.
• Preferred certification in area of specialty.
• Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
• Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate.
• Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
