Triage Staffing is seeking a Case Manager RN in Fort Myers, FL for a 13-week assignment at a Short Term Acute Care Hospital. The role runs 8-hour rotating shifts (12:00 AM-12:00 PM), 36 hours weekly, with a start date of 11/30/2026. EPIC charting is used to support care coordination.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of RN experience, holds an FL license (ASN/BSN), and will join a facility with Level II trauma and 355 beds. Day One benefits and licensing reimbursement accompany this assignment.
