Devine Management Consulting, LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Case Manager in Schertz, TX to coordinate patient care, treatment plans, medical records, authorizations, appointments, and return-to-work services.

The role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, a full-time schedule, and a benefits package including health/dental/vision insurance and a matching 401(k). Prior RN case management experience and an active RN license are required.

Qualifications

• ADN or BSN from ACEN- or CCNE-accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of 1 year RN Case Manager experience is preferred.
• Active, unrestricted RN license from any state with current BLS/ACLS as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care and treatment plans.
• Manage medical records, authorizations, and appointments.
• Provide return-to-work services coordination.

Pay: $43–$46 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Location: Schertz, TX Area
Employment: Full-Time

Requirements

• ADN or BSN from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited nursing program
• At least one year of RN Case Manager experience
• Active, unrestricted RN license from any state
• Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification
• One recognized case management certification, such as CCM, CDMS, CRRN, COHN, COHN-S, ACCC, CRC, RN-NCM, or CMC
• Current Secret clearance or ability to obtain one
• Ability to pass a government background investigation
