Atlas MedStaff LLC in New London, CT is seeking a Case Manager Registered Nurse (RN) or LCSW for a 13-week travel assignment at a reputable short-term acute care hospital located in New London, Connecticut. The role centers on care coordination and discharge planning within a dynamic hospital setting that handles med/surg, neurology, oncology, cardiac and obstetric patients.

The position offers 8-hour days (0800–1630), with every other weekend and a 40-hour work week, in a Level III trauma

Qualifications

• Epic charting experience required.
• Minimum two years of acute hospital or home health experience.
• 13-week travel assignment in a Level III trauma center environment.
• Must hold RN license or LCSW designation.

Job Description:

Join us as a Case Manager Registered Nurse (LCSW or RN) on an 13-week travel assignment at a reputable short-term acute care hospital in New London, Connecticut. This role offers a balanced schedule of 8-hour days, working every other weekend, in a vibrant hospital setting that handles med/surg, neurology, oncology, cardiac, and obstetric patients. You'll have the chance to impact patient care through care coordination and discharge planning, all within a Level III trauma center environment. Epic charting experience and at least two years of acute hospital or home health experience are essential for success in this role.
