Job summary

Lake Superior Life Care & Hospice is seeking an experienced Hospice RN Case Manager to provide expert in-home hospice care, manage symptoms, and educate families. You will work with a compassionate interdisciplinary team to support patients and their loved ones through a meaningful journey.

New grads welcome; Michigan RN license required at time of hire. Flexible scheduling and competitive on-call pay are offered, with sign-on bonus and benefits.

Schedule:

• .8 FTE
• 8:00am–4:30pm
• Weekend On-Call Rotation (may vary by need)
• Flexible scheduling + competitive on-call pay
