Bristol Hospice is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Case Manager to guide patients and families through the hospice journey in Henderson, NV. You will develop care plans, monitor progress, and provide compassionate, holistic support across physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in the state of work.
