Job summary

ComForCare Home Health Care - Northern CO seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide in‑home care. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, and coordinate with the health team.

Requirements: graduate of an accredited nursing program, current RN license, CPR certification, reliable transportation, and commitment to confidentiality and infection control. Benefits include health, vision and dental, life insurance, 401(k) with matching, paid time

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of client status, including physical, psychosocial, and environmental parameters.
• Develop an individualized plan of care for each client that incorporates analysis of data and current scientific findings.
• Provide interventions with a focus on achieving realistic client outcomes.
• Report changes to update the plan of care to reflect progress towards goals and outcomes.
• Administer medications as needed.
• Maintain client records showing systematic assessments, planning interventions, and evaluations.
• Initiate referrals as needed to other health team members.

What you’ll be doing:

What we’re looking for:

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Current CPR certification.

Compensation:

Starting wage $43/hour to $52/hour

• 1 on 1 patient care allowing you to do what you do best
• Flexible scheduling for family, work, and school balance
• Days: 8am to 5pm
