Job summary

Atlas MedStaff LLC. is seeking a Travel RN Case Manager for a 13-week assignment on the 5th Floor Neuro Step Down at Medical City Fort Worth in Texas. Day shifts, 8 hours, 40 hours weekly.

You will manage patient flow, coordinate care plans, and collaborate with a small team (one RN and one social worker) in a focused unit caring for neurological patients. Candidates should have at least one year of acute care case management experience; familiarity with Meditech and Careport EMRs and CCM
