Job summary

AMN Healthcare seeks an RN Case Manager in Biddeford, ME. This 13-week travel assignment involves coordinating patient care across the continuum, performing utilization review, and ensuring safe, timely discharge planning in collaboration with patients, families, physicians, and the care team.

Requirements include ME license, BLS, 4–5 years RN experience, and prior travel/case management experience. Work hours are 7:30-4:00 with every third weekend; 40 hours per week. Start date ASAP.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of acute clinical experience, not just Case Management.
• Prior completed travel assignments.
• 2-3 prior Case Management travel assignments completed.

POSITION SUMMARY – RN Case Manager

POSITION DUTIES – Coordinates patient care across the continuum, conducts utilization review to ensure appropriate level of care and resource use, and facilitates safe, timely discharge planning by collaborating with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Minimum Required Qualifications –

• ME/compact RN license
• BLS
• 4-5 years RN experience
• 3+ years of acute clinical experience, not just Case Management experience
• Prior completed travel assignments
• 2-3 prior Case Management travel assignments completed
• Care Coordination, Discharge Planning, and Utilization Review experience
  
  

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – 7:30-4:00p. Every third weekend 7:30-4:00. 40hrs/wk.
