Job summary

A healthcare staffing agency is seeking a Case Management Manager RN in Orange Park, FL. This full-time position offers normal business hours, Monday to Friday, with no weekends. You'll manage Utilization Management functions, ensure compliance with standards, and support resource management strategies. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree, an active RN license, and at least 2 years of experience in acute care, including leadership roles. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State or hold Compact/Multi-State RN License.
• 2+ years of related experience in an acute care setting required.
• 1+ years of supervisory/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, Local FI, and CMS standards.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide effective coaching.
• Manage the Revenue Integrity Department and its staff.
• Plan future needs by budget preparation and monitor reports.
