Job summary

Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital is hiring an RN Manager for the Case Management unit in California. This full-time role requires leadership over the department and coordination of patients, caregivers, and clinicians to optimize care transitions and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• California RN license required upon hire.
• Minimum 5 years in a healthcare role and 3 years in case management in acute care, plus 1 year leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Case Management department and staff.
• Ensure quality data collection, reporting, and performance improvement.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain caregivers; align with budget and productivity goals.
