Job summary

Coosa Valley Medical Center in Sylacauga, AL, seeks a registered nurse to join the care team on our units. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care during your shift, coordinating with the care team.

You will lead care partners, manage supplies and equipment, and promote collaboration with all members of the health care team. Orientation is 1–3 months; Alabama RN license required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and licensed in the State of Alabama.
• Interpersonal skills sufficient to interact with patients and families.
• Analytical ability to synthesize nursing theory and clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for assigned patients on unit during shift.
• Manage all assigned personnel, supplies and equipment.
• Promote collaboration with all members of the health care team; lead care partners.
