SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking a registered nurse to join our nationwide independent agency and provide compassionate, in-home care. You will assess clients, contribute to care planning, and work with families and care teams to ensure high-quality support.

Formación

• Must hold an active RN license and be in good standing.
• Ability to assess clients and participate in care planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
