Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Tulsa, OK seeks aRegistered Nurse to join our in-home care team. You will assess clients, develop care plans, and deliver compassionate nursing services directly at clients’ homes while collaborating with families and caregivers.

You will be supported with paid orientation, ongoing training, and flexible schedules. Excellent communication and reliability are essential for success in this role, along with a valid RN license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license and be in good standing.
• Ability to assess clients and plan care accordingly.
• Experience in in-home care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients and make care plan recommendations.
• Provide high-quality in-home nursing care to diverse clients.
• Establish clear communication with clients, families, and team members.
