IRON CARE LIVING SOLUTIONS LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in Georgia. You will create and manage individualized care plans for patients, observing and communicating effectively to act in the patient’s best interest with attention to current nursing practices and problem-solving skills.

You will coordinate with colleagues, administer medications, monitor for side effects, and maintain thorough documentation while reporting changes to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
• Prior RN experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• First aid/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions.
• Document changes in patient conditions and report on changes to supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor.
