Ridge Crest, our Medicare 5-star rated short- and long-term nursing center, is recognized as a Center of Excellence in Wound Management by Wound Care Specialists and has received high ratings from US News & World Report.

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Ridge Crest team. The RN will deliver nursing care in a supportive, home-like setting, with a high staff-to-resident ratio fostering a positive work environment.

Hourly Wage Range: $47-$51

Schedule: 30 hours/week, 3pm - 11pm, with every other weekend required. Additional shifts may be available with shift differentials ($5/hr, $2/hr on weekends).

Responsibilities include:

  • Assessing, communicating, and documenting residents’ health status
  • Reporting significant changes in resident behavior and health
  • Supervising daily work of Resident Care Assistants
  • Coordinating care with community providers
  • Supporting resident independence while managing service demands
  • Preventing elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation, reporting as required
  • Responding to emergencies effectively

Requirements:

  • Current RN license and CPR certification
  • Graduate of an approved RN program
  • 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred
  • Experience working with the elderly is highly desirable
