Job summary

Life Care Center of Evergreen is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full‑time roles across day, evening, or night shifts. A signing bonus of $7,000 is available and shift differentials apply for NOC and additional shift bonuses.

Location: Life Care Center of Evergreen, near Lakewood. The role involves delivering high-quality nursing care, ongoing patient assessments, adjusting care plans, and supervising CNAs and LPNs.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
• Active RN license in good standing throughout employment.
• One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact.
• Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans based on changes in the patient’s condition.
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis.
• Implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
