Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an RN Hospital Care Manager I to deliver comprehensive care management across inpatient and outpatient settings. Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice.
• BSN within four years of hire or promotion with education agreement precedence.
• Inpatient hospital nursing experience and familiarity with hospital terminology.
